Break the Cycle

We all experience these acts. At some point, we all feel judged, rejected, shamed (either by someone or of ourselves). At one time or other, we focus on the person who hurt us rather than learning how that hurt can make us better. Too many people figure, "I went through it, so can you," and turn their backs or worse, become the one who hurt, degraded, disappointed, and/or abused them. Thus the birth of the cycle.


I saw this on FB and had to share it. It is the best advice I have encountered and felt compelled to share it. Read and reread, then practice.
